Our boxes and products will ship flat to you unless the "Tissue Paper & Assembly” option is chosen. Assembly is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Peel the corner adhesive, pop the box into place, and press the corners to adhere!
In allowing us to assemble your box, we will ensure the box is assembled, packed neatly with paper filler at the bottom, and ready for your bridesmaid to open.
Custom - If production as begun on a custom item, sales are final. Custom products (those with print on them) are made to order and cannot be reversed, therefore we are unable to accept returns
Non Custom - We accept returns on non-custom products within 60 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear/tear may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We will reach out to you when this happens.
Please note that we do not provide return labels. Shipping costs of items are paid for by the customers.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the day your return is delivered to be processed.

Design and / or ink color will be as indicated in the image unless asked in the order form.
All items will be shipped together so you can assemble as desired. If you would like us to assemble the box for you it will be a $7.00 charge and will include tissue paper for each box.
The production time for a box is 5 - 7 business days.
